Mr Webb put me at ease from day 1 when I first met him. He explained everything extremely well and I felt very confident that I was going to receive the best care, which I most certainly did. He is very professional and has a very caring manner.

He was very clear in his explanations and referenced with research and illustrations. Good use of diagram/X-ray to explain points. Lots of opportunities to ask questions. Very clear comms and from his Secretary too. Always on time and very approachable.

I have been fortunate enough to have had both of my hips replaced by Mr. Webb over the last two years. The treatment I have received has been of the highest quality, and at all times I have felt completely informed of what stage of this process I was at during my treatment. From the start of my treatment to the final sign off, I have had professional treatment of the highest order. Mr. Webb is capable of passing on information clearly and precisely, putting the patient at ease at all times. If they are given the opportunity, I would suggest that any patient should welcome being treated by Mr. Webb and his team.

I feel very fortunate that Mr Jason Webb was my consultant. He has a lovely calm but authoritative manner and is very approachable and happy to answer your questions/concerns. He spoke to me immediately after surgery and every day while I was in the hospital and made it clear I could phone if I had any concerns. I've now had my 12 month check up and I'm able to exercise and move as well as I could before the hip deteriorated. I have always exercised and been active so this is very important to me - he gave me my life back!

Mr Webb is very thorough, efficient and knowledgeable in his field. He listens and understands the impact of his surgery especially the immediate after effects.He is pays particular attention to preventing infections as a result of surgery and is very up to date with the most recent papers regarding this. He explains things in a clear respectful manner assuming patient knowledge and understanding, without you feeling any question is too trivial. His attention to detail and memory of the patient's circumstances are second to none making you feel truly listened too. His after care is exemplary making sure the patient has all the information and instructions necessary in a timely manner. My follow up in person consultation was cancelled by the hospital but he phoned me within the week to make sure I was healing well, as the rescheduled appointment was then a further 3 weeks on. I highly recommend him as a surgeon for one of the most invasive and 'big' elective operations- I have been lucky to have had both hip replacements done by Mr Webb 7 years part, the first at Southmead Hospital the second at The Glen Spire Hospital Bristol.
